So the last days we were hit by snowfall. By now the roads never went clear, instead of 5 min to the workplace i need 20. I hope some day people learn to drive in snow.

In Finland they do know how, but they have to fit special winter tyres with spikes so that's cheating a bit.

Those spike tyres are not allowed in Germany (since 1975)
But even in Finland, they have to be equipped. I once had to help pushing the taxi uphill that should bring me to the airport because it still uses summer tyres in November. The excuse: "On the Åland islands the winter is usually coming later".
