Australian criminals abreast their truck. 10

Here is a random 10 letter word guess "highjacked"

OK - you win!
You're back up tomorrow - so what was it?
The best I could come up with was "BUSHRANGER", but that didn't fit the "abreast their truck" bit.
(Neither did "TAUTOLOGY" which my first thought, but that's only 9 letters anyway)
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

CONS TIT UTE
I thought 'abreast' was fairly obvious.
Australian flat bed/truck in the US/Bucky in SA, is a Ute, utility vehicle.
Criminals, australia, has a nice connection. Hence Cons.
Anyway, have to think of something else for tomorrow....

I had con or convict but didnt spend enough time on it to get the rest. Good clue though.

It also helps if you give some clue as to what the whole solution means:
Australian criminals abreast their truck were made up. (10) For example.
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Exactly what I was thinking
One morning I shot an elephant in my pajamas. How he got in my pajamas, I don't know.

Do you want to go for it tomorrow, or should I?

My clues seem a bit too cryptic, so perhaps you should. Unless you want to struggle again.

I'm a "reputable individual"!!!
(And it costs me nothing, but my name, age, phone, account no, shoe size, color of eye)

Fake news!
Now is it bad enough that you let somebody else kick your butts without you trying to do it to each other? Now if we're all talking about the same man, and I think we are... it appears he's got a rather growing collection of our bikes.

Did you get a spam mail that said so?

No! It wasn't spam... It offered legitimate millions as a recognition of my reputation worldwide...
