Like most of the ideas that get crowdfunded, how appropriate
Dunno, crowdfunding makes me appropriate real investors. Now we see how much bullsh*t they have weed out.

That sounds like it could be what my kid mentioned the other week. And if a sixteen-year-old can smell BS...

this is all the work of Kim Jong-un (or his barber?). You've got to trust me on this.

Oops, another one learns the hard way. A couple of years ago, I "invested" in an Indiegogo startup for a micro drone. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Initial shipping date came and went and went and went, to the point that (a) the CEO's comments on facebook was a running satire and (b) continued solicitation bordered on fraud.
Setting aside the controller boards that smoke (once), the motors that don't work, etc, the product was so late that the contributors paid for an all expenses paid learning process for the company.

Is kindred the fear of visiting relatives?

Visiting? I'd say "having" is sufficient to install fear.

Given that 'visitor' in (modern) Greek is επισκέπτης (episképtis), and 'relatives' in Greek is συγγενείς (syngeneís), I would say that 'episkeptical syngeneiophobia' would refer to fear of relatives visiting, and 'syngeneical episkeptophobia' would refer to fear of visiting relatives.
(or is it the other way round?)
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.
