No, not anybody here. I just heard of an upcoming clown movie:
It (2017 film) - Wikipedia[^]
Is anybody planing to see it (or not to see it)?

Not planning on seeing it: I'm not a big horror film fan (and I dislike clowns).
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Do you know how hard I had to work in wraith school to pass that exam in scaring people? Are you all telling me it would have been scarier to come back as CodeClown?

I'm not coulrophobic, I just want to beat them all to death with a big stick ... tedious and unfunny , the lot of them. Mimes as well.

I will NOT go see this. I HATE Clowns with the heat of a trillion fiery suns!

The 80's TV version was pretty awful. There's also no way that they could ever make a film that faithfully followed the story in the book. Nobody would want to see that on screen.
Now is it bad enough that you let somebody else kick your butts without you trying to do it to each other? Now if we're all talking about the same man, and I think we are... it appears he's got a rather growing collection of our bikes.

It was a weird thing to put in the book if I'm honest.. not sure what Stevie was smoking.

I know it's a huge book but I hope the 2 parts are not each 2 - 3 hour plus epics that h-wood seems to favour today.
Will prefer to wait for the bluray to come out with both instalments too - watching half a movie and waiting months for the rest is not cool (worse if they decide to cancel.)
Looks like Dark Tower coming soon too, ditto on wait for the set.
Sin tack

Dark Tower, yes, but only the first book, please.

The Dark Tower movie isn't an adaptation of the story in the books.

One of the original killer clowns (who lived a couple miles away from me) was in the news yesterday.Another Victim Of "Killer Clown" Serial Killer John Wayne Gacy Has Been Identified[^], the death penalty was too good for this thing.
