Or how old that makes my parents...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

I read in THIS POST ...
Quote: Genymotion is a great emulator, free for personal use.
I just spent five minutes on the Genymotion.Com Site and couldn't find that free version for personal use.
- Is the statement still true ?
- Does GenyMotion still have a free version ?
- If so, where do I click ? Where can I get it ?

I don't know what you've googled, but I did "genymotion free" and this was the the first hit on the results page:

"Mix-tape" CSS files - featuring bits stolen from other (better thought out) styles all cludged together without any particular editorial control.

Wait until you step into the joys of generated CSS based on stolen LESS
..and without strong typing, you're basically simply editing text-files without a decent overview of whats already there and with no simple way of seeing what is used. Mix that with some JavaScript(-frameworks) and you have found a heaven.

Nice term!
It's the nature of a shared resource...collect cruft from all over and never delete any parts for fear of breaking something. As far as lack of editorial control, I can relate. Luckily, I work alone and set my own standards, which fortunately, I can live with.

I quite like the idea of a pet Aardvark.

Talking of credit...
Going through an issue now which adversely affected my credit. Long story short, the card company placed an erroneous negative report on my credit report and it has been hell getting it set right. At least I now have a letter from the card company admitting that it was in error and that they have requested the credit reporting agencies remove the report. If that hasn't happened within 30 days I'll manually dispute the notices on each of the 3 credit agencies. Someone else's mistake became my problem. On top of which, the card company then tried to extort late fees and other penalties which it took a while and several phone calls to get them to cancel. I paid them once it all came to light so as not to inflame the situation so now have a credit with this card!
Anyway, the real point I'm trying to make here is that all of this is out of your control - all you can do is react and, by the time you realize you need to react, the damage has been done. My credit score plummeted - good job I wasn't trying to buy a house or car or apply for credit because it would have cost me.
Once it is done I will cancel the card but they don't really care - I'm just one of millions of suckers. Jaded? You elephanting bet I am.
