pinvoke.net[^] is OK. But bear in mind that it's a Wiki, so it's only as good as the last person to edit it.
Why are you trying to cover the whole API? Quite a lot of it is already covered by the BCL.

BCL is the .NET Base Class Library, which is documented on MSDN[^]. You can also browse the source[^] if you're feeling brave.
