I can think of better things to do with that much money.
* Upgrade development machine to 128GB RAM (Asus ROG 'laptop')
* Get some cool hardware to develop for
IMHO, anyone who puts an IMAX in their home simply has too much money and no (un)common sense.

Your recommendation is somewhat tainted by the fact that the headline stock is dropping like a stone as I watch!

Which makes it a good buy opportunity, IMHO. In the 8+ years I've owned it, it's returned a year-over-year return of more than 13%, making it the best long term performing position in my portfolio. I'm a value investor - I don't buy and sell with the wind. My financial strategy is based on my current goals, diversification and research.
And (if I may be so bold as to make a shameless plug), I use this[^] (free) app to track my investments and plan buys and sells.

Well I would but then I'd have no money left to hire/buy any films to show on it!

I have a Sony KDL32EX710 TV, and its component video inputs (both of them!) have randomly stopped working with any input device. I was using my Wii through component video, and now I cannot use it with this TV.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to (possibly) get them working again? Or is there no hope?
Note: I tested on a Toshiba TV and the devices work there (with component video), so the Sony TV is the issue.
One of the four HDMI inputs doesn't work either.
EDIT: I am talking about my Nintendo Wii not working, not some Windows or Apple product!

Can we assume you unplugged the Wii (AC power) to move it from the Sony to the Toshiba?
If so have you tried the Sony again? I had some odd Wii behavior a few months ago that a full power-off (unplug at the wall) cleared right up.

Tried that several times with the Sony. I can just use the Toshiba (which is in my room) instead for now.
This was actually the first thing I tried.

It's a "Type of Reply" response.
I.e. if anyone asks about a problem he's having with windows, some bright spark always suggests installing linux.

I believe that the Wii is based on Linux, so your suggestion is moot.
