started using Office 365 for mail and just found setting the junk email filtering just dumb.
1. the settings panel (as far as i can tell) does not actually allow you to navigate all settings, you have to use the search.
2. so i want to search for the Junk Email, because that is what the folder is call. and "junk" or "spam" are the words that have been used for oh, i dont know, 20 years maybe.
3. but no, have to search internet how to switch off, because the the setting is called "Block or Allow", junk provides "Junk email reporting"
so 4. - add in aliases to the search.
**1. correction - there is settings navigation but is on the far LEFT when you are interacting with the search on the RIGHT, expecting menu to be under the settings icon I just clicked, and not do the dumb thing of replacing panels that on the edge of my peripheral

If you use Outlook Desktop Client with O365 Exchange it gets even more annoying.
There is 'Junk Email' folder, there is also a 'Junk E-Mail' folder, one used by the server the other by the client, can you get them to use the same folder.....oh no you can't!
I have turned off Junk in the client and leave it to the server to deal with.
Then there is the 'Clutter' folder, so now another place to look for misplaced emails.

Wizard of Id: The Movie
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.
