Great Glad to hear you have something
Sure the money thing is important, however as someone who has himself recently resigned and is exploring other environments or possibly working for myself I am aware that having something to do and being able to contribute is very important.

I speak from experience, you can only clean so much, decorate so much, before the 'lure' of day time tv, and you find your self watching either Property programs, Antique programs or the 'my wife selpt with an alien' TV shows, when that almost happend to me I was very glad the firm arms laws in the UK are so tight....

I was so bummed when I read this yesterday. I'm a big fan of both them and Porcupine Tree. I found out about Piotr by something Steven Wilson posted on FB.

For some reason I always thought Riverside was an awful emo band.
The only reason I checked it out now is because you gave me some really good music tips last week (Igorrr, Neurotech).
I have no idea why I didn't like Riverside before, it reminds me of Opeth and Porcupine Tree
Now I'm sad he died

Yeah that's a bad thing, when you discover a band just to find out that they don't exist/play any more.
It happened to me with Isis. They just stopped playing, but they made such great music. No one of them died luckily.

Isis?, I keep hearing how they are trying to attrach new members. (Dash outside the UK) Sorry!

Daesh sounds better to me, sounds like douche and fits the other group.
But if the musical group Isis would be recruiting, I would definitely sign up.

Someone posted this list[^] on Quora, I figured I'd spam y'all with it, haha.
I had no idea there were so many different algorithms, and reading through them is quite educational. One of those "huh, I feel smarter but I don't know if I actually am smarter" experiences.

Just saying stuff like this makes you feel more intelligent.
I am improving my Modular Multiplicative Inverse code today, and after that I'll re-work my Floyd Warshall class.
Read that aloud, and all of a sudden you want to go write a new OS or something

The last one on the list is "Mo's algorithm", wonder if Larry and Curly collaborated?

It's way more complicated than I ever knew! The simple way is just to agree or at least pretend to.

There are infinitely many algorithms. There aren't as many interesting algorithms, but the number of them is huge and that list doesn't even scratch the surface.

I use all of them all the time but now I know their names...
