I can see how that affects cured meats, but I do not see how that affects red meat?

Starts with the word "suggests". They are also talking about "large" amounts, not normal portions.

Yeah, I know. However, I am at high-risk for colon cancer, thus I need to cut most of it out.
If it wasn't bad, they wouldn't suggest. correct? I guess it is your interpretation of the word "suggest".
Don't get me wrong, I love red meat and bacon and all that crap.

As has been pointed out, very few natural plants are good for you and/or digestible (and way too many of them will make you sick or kill you outright), whereas almost all animals are edible.
So how on earth can anyone think we are designed to be plantivores?

WCF config is a royal pain in the backside. Moving back to .ini files wouldn't make it any better.
Anyway, app.config files are so last year - it's all about config.json[^] now!

I'm trying to arrange a spoken conversation with four possible parties across three different continents.
The client company who is the main reason for this conversation has a policy against skype in the workplace (I think I like them already, a story for later).
Anyway, since skype is forbidden there, they use a "telephone bridge". I would like to find something better. Phone bridges are difficult for me when crossing country and language barriers.
So far, I have found these eight possibilities...
I'm sure that's not the entire list, and I welcome other ideas.
In fact, I don't know which of these will fit the bill.
Anyone who knows good or bad about these, I'm ready to read it, and thanks.
The actual application is not the big thing here, it's the ability to physically hear all the extra sounds that humans make with when speaking; that's the goal.
The requirements are...
- Simple web interface
- No download, no install
- I send them a URL // click click // we start talking
Clear human speech is what I'm after. I'm guessing 16 bits or better, but that's just my guess.
My thanks for any feedback on any of these (or other) packages.
