Okay, exit lounge, asked again: HERE[^]
I will read answers there, carefully.

Unless you order (and normally pay extra for) a specific static IP from your ISP, you do not have a permanent, immutable, or unalterable IP, you have a dynamic address. And the easiest way to change it is to turn off your router, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on.
For fibre and fibre-to-the-cabinet, you may need a longer "wait time" as the reset timeout is generally set longer as it's a more reliable connection (mine is a couple of hours, from the last power cut we had)

More like some days, since many ISP use DHCP to assign public addresses and the usual policy is to assign preferentially the same IP to the same machine if it connects again inside a certain time frame.

Nice way of asking a programming question in the Lounge.

Do you see a programming solution implied in the question? I see it a perfectly valid lounge question.

From my understanding of boolean algebra that would be just as true.

So you want to apply logic to my drivel hahahahah hic!

You get your IP from your "network". The external IP from your provider, your internal from your router.
You must understand the network topology and DHCP.

Actually, it seems to be over. Many thanks to those who offered advice, especially to Michael Martin who pointed me to BleepingComputer and the three utilities (TDSSKiller, Junkware Removal Tool, AdwCleaner). AdwCleaner was the one that seems to have found the culprit. That and I reset all three browsers, deleted all cookies, temporary internet files and physically verified they were deleted.
All seems back to normal now. Thanks again for the help.

Backup. Now.
Then backup again tomorrow...
And at least every week from now on!

And then never attempt a recovery procedure that isn't restoring from backup.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

I'm looking to buy the paper back version of the book WiX 3.6: A Developer's Guide to Windows Installer XML by Nick Ramirez
The book new is $45 and change but the price of the book used is more than new?
But the last seller on the list is mighty proud of their book, so much so that they are still asking for Shipping fee.

Embezzlement?
I've seen it before with electronic components - mostly cables - where it's £1 from 999 suppliers, and £10,000 from the thousandth.

Faunts - M4 (Part II)[^]
This has been one of my favorite songs since I finished Mass Effect (years ago) and this was the credits song.
Last week I heard a song that reminded me of this one and so I've listened to it more than a couple of times

Nice one. Too bad it's impossible to find anything about her...
She's on YouTube, iTunes, and she even has a CD for sale on Amazon, but Last.fm, for example, has nothing on her.
So she's Bulgarian?
I prefer my lively folk music, like this one[^], live though
Maybe you'll like this Romanian folk track as well: Dordeduh - Dojană[^]
Don't bother looking up more from them, they usually play ear-destroying black metal

She was part of a group[^], but apparently went solo.
I have her facebook page right here[^]
it ain’t broke, it doesn’t have enough features yet.

I can read exactly nothing from her Facebook account
Her (English) name is spelled differently than on YouTube; Rositsa vs. Rosica.
Her last name also has different translations, it's horrible from an international Googling point of view
