Terry Callier - Ordinary Joe[^]

It's an oldie, a lot older than me anyway, but I've listened to Terry Callier quite a lot in the past.
This week I came across it again and put it in my playlist.
The result was me swinging and playbacking to some good old jazz in my chair at work Big Grin | :-D

It made working a pleasure and I got a lot of work done Smile | :)

Great song - it reminded me so much of Rumer's song Am I forgiven[^] - without a doubt Rumer took the baseline from Ordinary Joe.

I've listened to a lot of black metal... I'm familiar with Scandinavian's musicians! Laugh | :laugh:

And then there's stuff like Vibrasphere, Björk, Trentemøller, Kate Havnevik, Emilíana Torrini...
And of course the many goth- and progmetal!
I've come across Zara Larsson before too, pretty good.

With the number of people in the world living in rented or leasehold property where they're not allowed to have pets it seems like a pretty good idea to me. With an estimated 10 million domestic dogs in the UK alone, I don't think the organic variety is under any real threat!
