What for? Phone does know your location based on BTS towers anyway assuming you are in the range of at least 3 of them. And this is the case in any larger town.

How about turn the phone off? I spent the first 30 years of my life without a phone on my hip. Did not need it.

Actually - the solution would be to have the separate phone for uber-calls, and when not in use, wrap it in aluminum foil* or other completely surrounding metal casing.
This acts as a Faraday Cage and no signals get in or out.

Maybe I understand something wrong. So I just ask: You feel bad that Google logs everything you do with your Android phone and yet you want to solve that problem by buying another Android phone?

iPhone or Android, you still must accept google's "terms"
You got a better way ? I will read it.

I use a WP. I don't have to accept any of Google's terms. Besides it would be new to me that you have to accept Google's terms on an iPhone. You don't have to use the Google services.

I don't know the acronym "WP".
Could you expand that for me ?
I will rent my weekend car in 2 or 3 hours from now, and may be bringing something home from one of the stores in town.

I think that is a line from my most recent appraisal.
