Is 2000lb of Chinese dumplings won ton?
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Not in England.
The British ton is the long ton, which is 2240 pounds, and the U.S. ton is the short ton which is 2000 pounds.

But OG is in Wales, which isn't part of England... do they WANT to be part of Britain or is this their idea of a revolution, using a different ton measurement?

I just added an ItemsControl binding to a readonly observable collection (no DataTemplate, removed them all) and.. Bam!
And, I quote:
FatalExecutionEngineError Additional information: The runtime has encountered a fatal error. The address of the error was at 0x67088beb, on thread 0x1444. The error code is 0x80131623. This error may be a bug in the CLR or in the unsafe or non-verifiable portions of user code. Common sources of this bug include user marshaling errors for COM-interop or PInvoke, which may corrupt the stack.
mm... currently targeting .NET4.5, might give 4.6 a go!...
Never had that one before, I think ...

No, give this answer of Hans Passant[^] a try before you ditch .NET framework 4.5 for 4.6. I also don't find any reason to upgrade the .NET version. The error is thrown by CLR.
Looking at the quote, I think the answer of Mr. Passant is correct, there is something unmanaged in your managed code.

Found it out!
My Layers (in the Layers collection) were Visuals. (Further those visuals were already displayed and in another Visual hierarchy).
Even though I was just planning to use them as data source (for a Layers' properties grid).
I guess using Visual as ItemSource in ItemsControl is... causing FatalEngineException!

Maybe both. One starts out defining things (to see if they are interesting or whatever), but after that you follow the consequences and that's more like discovering.
