Ahem!
"Well done, you are up tomorrow." Means that it's your turn to post the CCC today...and you are running late!

Late? Half of the world hadn't even got out of bed yet. Blame the dog - she wanted, nay demanded, an extra hour in the park this morning as her bezzie Ralph (pronounced in the manner of Mr Fiennes) came down and she hadn't seen him like in forever!

Wikipedia has THIS TABLE[^] which it claims comes from the National Bureau of Economic Research.
Their site is HERE[^]
The table on wikipedia is (as best I can read the page) based on data from the year 2000.
I just spent ten minutes with the National Bureau of Economic Research's site and their search facility; couldn't find that chart with today's numbers.
If anybody can suggest where I can get that same table with today's numbers; thanks.

That's at least a starting point.
Thanks.
Good find. If you have more ideas, pour them in.

Wouldn't the easiest and most correct way be to simply mail National Bureau of Economic Research and ask?
I doubt that anybody here knows...
Anything that is unrelated to elephants is irrelephant Anonymous
- The problem with quotes on the internet is that you can never tell if they're genuine Winston Churchill, 1944
- I'd just like a chance to prove that money can't make me happy. Me, all the time

Not a direct answer to your question, but a fact interesting (for me at least).
This[^] shows that my country India was the richest, two thousand years ago.

I very much doubt that such a table exists. This looks like it was assembled for some specific research project in 2000 and not intended as an annual report. You would have to bring together the various economic reports available and construct your own table (you may well require a somewhat flexible meaning for 'today'!)

I suspect you are right.

I know some of you read web comics and I know some of you play(ed) D&D (or at least the PC games).
But does anyone here read Order of the Stick[^]?
It starts out with some funny comics (well, I think the third comic[^] is actually the first funny one), but after a few an actual story unfolds with quite some plot twists.
The jokes are often based on D&D rules (jokes on alignment, class, rolls... ).
I've read it for years. Unfortunately I'm at the end so I get to read a new comic every so many days (sometimes weeks, one time months ).
Anyway, anyone here knows/reads/likes it?

I hadn't, until I saw this post - now I'm slowly working my way through.
I had the same problem with a couple of others, so I regularly check:
Dilbert[^], XKCD[^], and Bloom County[^] (an old re-run about a penguin), Oglaf (No link, it's rarely SFW), User Friendly[^] (Another oldy, about the life of a SysAdmin), CommitStrip[^] (French based developers), and Penny Arcade[^] (Gamers, esp D&D)
I'm also working my way through Carbon Dating[^] and Skull Kickers[^] (Don't ask, just don't...)

You are on CP 24/7 and have time to read all that too...
Of course I Googled Oglaf first. You weren't exaggerating when you said that's NSFW
Next to OOTS I just read Dilbert (think I've read them all by now)
I think you might like Business Cat[^] as well

That explains some of your daily thoughts
[Edit]
By the way, I assume you've finished OOTS by now (it took me a few weeks, so you should be done by now), how did you like it?

'User friendly' is in my to do list. I didn't touch any games related comics(like Penny Arcade, Ctrl+Alt+Del) because I never had a chance to play much games(Exception : Order of the stick). But one day I'll start those.

I have started that only recently. I choose this one because I like Stick figure comics very much. My favorites on this type comics are XKCD, Loadingartist, Cyanide & happiness, The Perry Bible Fellowship.
Apart from that I like Dilbert, Garfield, Pixel, Oatmeal. And more to be added.
I usually try to get collected edition but no option for me now(atleast for my favorites). Apart from webcomics, I like mini-comics & anthologies but it's tough for me to get digital editions because the cost( + shipping charges) of physical editions are too much for me now. I use kickstarter, Indiegogo & gumroad frequently for digital comics.

I got something from Dark Horse Digital Comics[^] once. I think it was a The Witcher comic which I got with my The Witcher III pre-order. Not sure though as I haven't read it

The Android GMail app on my nexus has recently changed - it used to sync with my (non Google) email account and remove messages that were no longer there. (I use Outlook on the PC as the "master" and it's the only one that removes anything from the email server).
Now, it leaves them on the nexus after Outlook has collected them all, so I have to remove them myself.
So, I thought I'd use the help ( RTFM, Griff, RTFM) built into the GMail app, and it told me exactly how to bulk delete. Perfect!
Except the in-app help is for the website, not the app...

I suppose Gmail is alright if you don't mind top of the range A.I looking at your messages.
Don't let me scare you but Google have systems that don't need a keyboard or mouse for the interface
Just a saying like
