I have installed Kaperasky on my Windows vista ultimate, but Windows defender still prompts me I have not scanned my computer for long time.
how are you guys handling windows defender even if you have internet security?

Yes, I am still using Windows Defender... Works well, because I try to not click on Pr0n ads so that they do not try to install or provide me with any viral software for my machine.
Internet has a lot of edges where you can gain unlimited access to virus and malware, but if you try to be careful, you can handle them. I am using Windows 8-based Windows Defender. I have not found any virus running on my machine... Since the very first day that I started my programming life.

Note that he is running Vista. I understand the Defender for Win versions before Win 8 is not as effective as the one you and I are running.

Microsoft brought out a much more potent version of Defender for Windows 8 only. I am using Win 8.1 with only Defender for protection and have never felt the need for more. However, I do take basic precautions, like paying regular attention to my restore points and taking an image of my systems drive from time to time. This way avoids the processing overhead that any additional virus protection will require.

Not only India brother... Same thing happens in Pakistan too, more specifically in province Sindh. I wonder why people here keep saying, "Our government is corrupt" when they all are corrupt, they cheat in their own circles, they cheat in their neighborhood and wherever they can. But still, we say, our government is corrupt. Government, why shouldn't be? When we're the ones who provide them the grounds to be corrupt and do what so ever they want to do. Then why complain it for government only.
We (Indo-Pak) people need to first guide ourself onto good path, before we should criticize the government, or even our neighbor. I just wish, that day comes soon.

I won't count myself as great, define great! I am just a beginner with some background and knowledge. Tadit Dash, of course he is a great developer... being a Microsoft MVP defines his greatness. 
Yes, we do sleep... But we sleep when no one is around, as soon as someone comes around, or a new email is received; my phone vibrates and doesn't ring because I don't like noise. I wake up, and get back on my laptop or I play football. It depends on how much isolated I remain; by isolation I mean all sort of isolation, isolation from people and other people specially emails.
Sure, there are quite a lot of blogs that I own and post content at, you can read all of the content here on CodeProject; articles and tips. Yes - they used to say that 'In a democracy, the people get the government they deserve'. True, indeed.
A statement from centuries ago is: 'Yathaa raajaa tathaa prajaah' (यथा राजा तथा प्रजाः) (Sanskrit for 'As is the king, so are the people').
