Still none the wiser.
I think you're gonna have to give the solution to us thicko's too.
I'll start you off with Current = Ac and r is from the latin to take (recipe).
Recipio in Latin is more like accept, not take...(not that it would help me anyway)
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.
Still all Greek to me, no wait it isn't, but yet it is.
It's the imperative of recipere (to take). It's commonly abbreviated to Rx in pharmacies.
I'm so thick I don't even know what the word means. I looked it up, but my head is still stubbornly thick. But I think its some orange color thingy.
My little brain would have thot dat "sixth bearing" would be SW:
N NE E SE S SW
But maybe the compass is spinnin' anti-clockwise?
Life is too shor
I thought CCC is in English...
(By the way Latin for six is sex! or seni/senio)
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.
Think numbering system. And while the CCC is English, it's common use to throw things like this in - so, IX would be nine, V would be five, and so on.
Hey! I'm joking. I once used a Hebrew word for CCC...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.
So, 'Six six' stands for 'Senior Sex' or 'Senile Sex'?
And we have a winner
Nice try - but I was way outside the time limit, and after you gave the answer.
You're up tomorrow!
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...
You can guess that tomorrow's clue is going to be a whole lot easier
Sure, and next time let's keep it simple, shall we?
Your time will come, if you let it be right.

I have given up work, so much as I've enjoyed the Code Project for these last ten or so years, I don't need the daily news any more.
I try to unsubscribe, I still keep getting them.
I write to webmaster like this:

Subject: Unsubscribe not working
Hi,
I’ve tried a few times to unsubscribe from the daily build but I’m still getting them.
Please fix it!
Dave.
I'm still getting the messages!
Honestly, I expected better from you!
Dave.

Have you always been Dave Cross or did the cross get added after you had this issue?

Don't make jokes about his name. He can't bear it.

Yeah my ex was like that.

djj55: Nice but may have a permission problem
Pete O'Hanlon: He has my permission to run it.

Mrs P0mpey2?
I can see she'd be annoyed if people called her French names.

She had hot buns so I couldn't complain.

I've been Cross from birth - I was the Cross my mother had to bear!
