Used 12 Ghosts[^] for a while before switching to Windows 8. Not sure if it's supported.

On 21st Jan, Microsoft showed Windows 10 feature (Ofcource there are many more comming).
I like them, and I was wondering if anyone else did too.
If you liked them, then which one of them you liked the most?
Do you guys thing Winodws 10 will be a Windows 7 Killer, a Windows 8 form factor saviour.
What do you guys think? will Windows 10 create new opportunities for Indie developers for there apps.
What you guys have to say on Hololence, and Spartan and Cortana in Windows...
I know these are a lot of questions, but I and curious to know what world thing about windows 10.

I'm playing with Windows 10 since last November, and found it a good and stable version...
The best thing it has is he choice you can make...Microsoft no longer force on you his ideas, but presenting them as features to use...

The feature I like the best with Windows 10 is that I haven't installed it yet!
Seriously, I have no high hopes. As far as I'm concerned, MS has sent Windows spiraling down into an abyss of uselessness

I also don't have much high hopes.
I used windows 10 for 2 months and then stopped. Multiple desktops and other UI features has no business significance.
Windows 7 is just doing fine. Continuum is also not so great as I am not going to throw my mouse and keyboard so often to use this.
They have created Aero graphics in Vista. Reduced it in 7 and removed it in 8.
They created Metro UI in windows 8, reduced it in windows 10 and will probably remove it in windows 11.
So, they may probably end up with Windows XP (with some extra features) 15 years after the release of XP.
For me, its just a new version of windows. Nothing so exciting.

No user-friendly feature is a business feature, it's there to help you organize your windows on a limited number of screens better.
Now I know it's not properly finished yet, and may look ugly.
and I also do recognize that this is the feature only a pro user will use, but for the guy like me, it will open a whole new possibilities to use windows.
I am a huge Keyboard shortcut guy, and using this multi Monitor with Keyboard is wonderful.

The smoke of new cut wood is often fragrant.
But, to see how well it burns we have to put it in the fire.

So then out the wood in fire, try out the betas which are released, or wait till next week and try out the letest beta which will come out with the cool new featurs.

I did little more than install it (and SQL Server2014 and Visual Studio 2015) last weekend, but I expect I will switch to it the next time I need to rebuild my system.

I can't wait. I love Windows 7, I am learning to live with Yosemite, but Windows 10 seems like actual progress once again. I can move on.

Yes me too,
I've been using it since September-14 when it was first amounced.
I do realy care about it, because I strongly think that my career is tightly coupled with the progress of Windows .

That was me and OpenVMS. Diversify.

The only feature I really care is one that wasn't announced but I rely on it strongly. It's that I'll still be able to play World of Warcraft
Other than that is "streaming" of xbox one game to PC. If used correctly in games it can introduce quite new experience when you still play in the same room but don't see the screen of each other.

not sure how many "features" I saw. Other than the Cortana demo. Which was kewl. and the Surface Hub which was amazing. Did not like the idea of the glasses things. But that is probably just me.
Probably will install on my personal machine but not for work. Nope.

Metroid Prime 2: Echoes (GameCube Version).
I find this game very fun. I am up to the second area boss (Chykka[^]), but haven't been able to defeat it yet.
I use Metroid Recon[^] for all my guides.
I also like Metroid Prime 3: Corruption as well. The original Metroid Prime is meh.

I think I prefer the first, but that might be more nostalgia than anything else.
I'm going to have to play Corruption again though, I'm certain I've finished it before, but I can't remember anything that happened in it.

I shall Google instead.

Congrats. I'm on the waiting list. We'll see.

I do hope the hololens takes off, but after oculus rift and other VR products failing to deliver within a reasonable time frame my hopes are not very high. In my dreams, I'm building a highly sophisticated 3D virtual UI for our CAM application, but every time I wake up I realize this won't be possible within my time

Now we have an almost complete map of how to waste money (marriage, car, food...), let see what worth to buy...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.
