I just sent this email to my director:
Greg,
I think the new blinds in 301 look awesome.
That said, I think it should be a policy in F.A. that all the blinds are kept at the same height at all times.
It will improve the aesthetics and be a visual indication of teamwork.
Sincerely,

Operatives are so low on the pecking order...
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Naturally I assumed this would be a team matter - the operatives would make the changes under the supervision of team leaders who would report into managers who in turn would sit under a structure of various directors and vice presidents

Up-vote for using "sheveled," an example of back-formation, lonely etymon, and (depending on which cunning linguist you talk to: cran-morpheme) !
«If you search in Google for 'no-one ever got fired for buying IBM:' the top-hit is the Wikipedia article on 'Fear, uncertainty and doubt'» What does that tell you about sanity in these times?

I feel so much respect for your having the courage to stand up in the work-place, unashamed, and assert your right to publicly put-on, and take-off, the prostheses !
I know that's not without personal cost, and I feel your pain.
admiringly, Bill

HI,
I am currently working as a Web developer and pursuing MBA part time. Now after completing MBA, I want to move into IT management side of world.
From last 1-2 years, I have been providing solutions to my employer, and implementing them. My job requirement is more than a developer (Who just work on a given task). Now I have an option to change my role. What do you all suggest?
Do i stick to Developer or Web consultant or Solutions Architect considering that I want to move into management side in few years time.
Thanks.

In my case I started as junior developer, then got senior job and started doing project management, ending on project's technical chief.
I would say you should go for the one that fullfills you more and where you have more fun. Anyways personal development is a continuos path, so it doesn't really matters where you start, as long as you continue improving, rol changing will come in its own.
At least this is my opinion

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.
