Too bad. BackTrack came in useful a couple of years back when I did a vulnerability scan of one of our robotic products.
These days the nearest I get to dodgy stuff is Tails. Here in the UK Pirate Bay is behind the Great Bacon Firewall, but Tails goes through that like a politician's teeth. Just don't let the Daily Mail photograph you doing it.

Kali is almost identical to BackTrack, it is "the rebirth of BackTrack". From my playing around it has all the same applications installed but is on a new kernel and with update apps. They really do appear to be continuing the legacy of BackTrack

There are a lot of free (or pirate-able) documents for Kali Linux if you're interested in learning more about it. I'd recommend "Kali Linux - Assuring Security by Penetration Testing" by Lee Allen or "Mastering Kali Linux for Advanced Penetration Testing" by Robert Beggs.

Backtrack had Martin Muench involved, the same guy who sells spyware (Finfisher) to governments that kill their citizens. I wouldn't trust either distro. Just install the tools you need from whatever distro you prefer.

@Chris-Maunderr: Just wondering when CP will be available in other languages. It will be tough job though considering the number of articles uploaded daily (they will have to be available in such languages too).
Could help with Yoruba anyways

With some of the articles, I have to wonder when they'll be available in English.

And that will be the price to pay for having 99% of all programming language in English! (Heard of a language composed of white space). That begs the question, how do those Arabs, Russians, and those who don't use the Roman alphabet cope with coding?

Whitespace, where you can write two coding languages at once in one badly-indented file.

Can you imagine the sheer volume of effort (not to mention the volume of space) it would take? To be fair, you'd nave to have translations of all articles, tips, questions, answers, blogs, comments, and posts into each supported language before any of the others were published. And those translations would all have to be done by people who are both competent in the language translation, but technically competent in the subject material as well! Oh, yes - you'd need translation moderation as well. Can you imagine how difficult it would be just to find the right people to handle each particular article? For example, you may be very competent in English and Yoruba, but are you fluent in SQL? And C#? And Arduino?, And MVC, SCRUM, javascript, C++, assembler, Nido, WCF, Winnow, Webcams, Cinchoo, and SMS? Because that's just the front page articles from the web site at the moment!
Things would grind to a halt, very quickly, and wouldn't pick back up again for a long time, if ever.
Sorry - but I don't think it would work!

I think its reasonable to implement esperanto... everybody should be able to speak that ...

I'm not sure about Griff - possibly sheeperanto?

People regularly have a bash at the Welsh.

Well, the English do anyway!
Actually, most are good sports (like Griff). I worked for a Cardiff booze company for a few years (what seems like a lifetime ago.) But then, many Welsh would say that Cardiff isn't very Welsh!
In all seriousness, great folks, beautiful melodic accent and they have some of the best countryside in the UK. Two of my favourite walks: Pistyll Rhaeadr and around Llanthony Priory. My favourite beer: Felinfoel Double Dragon (the very first beer to be available in cans!)
St. David and Daffodils are OK by me!

It's actually only in English for a very specific purpose: so that it's not in French.
