Yeah, but that loop is applicable to all cars, regardless of the type of fuel they use. So what's your point?

Is that the same Cerakote process being used for guns these days? I've heard it's incredibly durable and better rust protection than bluing.

Ceramic coating is used more as a heat barrier than anything else (about a 10% drop in radiated heat, which means much lower engine bay temperatures), but it does have the side benefit of protecting against rust, somewhat. I think Cerakoat may not have the same heat barrier properties, and leans decidely toward the surface protection side.

That makes sense. In fact, the Cerakote application process uses a fairly low temperature to cure ~400°F. I forgot about that factor. The exhaust coating has to be much more heat resistant.

I'm not much for people touching me. I just never have been.
Sometimes when we are gathered for a meeting, my boss will put his hand on my shoulder or back. Awkward enough, but sometimes he touches my lower back. He is just that way, and it's always been awkward to me, but I know how he means it and it's never 'really' been an issue. I just let it go.
Just a minute ago there was a line crossed. I was walking through the corridor to the restroom, and he was standing one one side of the hall, talking with someone standing on the other side of the hall. So he's on my right side, and there's enough room to walk between the two to round the corner and go to the restrooms. On the way by, he gave me a "good game".
For those who don't know what "good game" is, it's a smack on the butt.
He said something when he did it, but I was too busy not reacting violently to understand it.
I really don't like people touching me.

Is said Boss male ?, does he even have an idea of your idea fun (MMA)? That just sounds like you could have HR involved (for his safety!)

Yeah, he's a male.
He knows a little about my pass time. We don't have an HR department.

Confront and/or report it to his manager and/or quit.

Confronting him probably. As far as reporting, he is the owner of the company.

Slapping someone's ass is only appropriate in sport (for some weird reason) and certain dungeons when you've paid for the privilege.

I disagree with many of the harassment claims. I don't think you can claim harassment unless you've done your bit. I haven't told him that it makes me uncomfortable, so it's not his fault yet IMO. This would differ if it were blatantly sexual, or meant to make me feel that way.

Some people are that way and don't fully realize that what they are doing really bugs some people (I'm one of those who doesn't like to be touched, like you.)
You might just want to mention to him in a, non-confrontational way, that it bothers you when he touches you and that you would appreciate that he doesn’t touch you. I he doen’t ‘get it’ then it’s time to talk to his manager. If he’s at the top, find a good lawyer and good luck on your job search.
It was broke, so I fixed it.
