He doesn't know you are a fighter, does he?
By the way, my sympathy.

He is a least aware of the fact. It's a funny thing how the reality of some things never really weigh on a person until they have direct experience.

Confront and/or report it to his manager and/or quit.

Confronting him probably. As far as reporting, he is the owner of the company.

So sue his, erm, ass.
Most women would, and there's no reason why men shouldn't also.
Slapping someone's ass is only appropriate in sport (for some weird reason) and certain dungeons when you've paid for the privilege.
Some men are born mediocre, some men achieve mediocrity, and some men have mediocrity thrust upon them.

I disagree with many of the harassment claims. I don't think you can claim harassment unless you've done your bit. I haven't told him that it makes me uncomfortable, so it's not his fault yet IMO. This would differ if it were blatantly sexual, or meant to make me feel that way.

I agree with that.

Don't we do it for sport when not in sports?

Some people are that way and don't fully realize that what they are doing really bugs some people (I'm one of those who doesn't like to be touched, like you.)
You might just want to mention to him in a, non-confrontational way, that it bothers you when he touches you and that you would appreciate that he doesn’t touch you. I he doen’t ‘get it’ then it’s time to talk to his manager. If he’s at the top, find a good lawyer and good luck on your job search.
It was broke, so I fixed it.

Yeah, I am going to say something as soon as I get to a level headed point and think out what/how. I had been just letting it go, but this one is too far. I shouldn't have let it go to begin with and it wouldn't have progressed to something like this.

Yes, you should not have let it go in the first place. But still you can straight away tell that you don't like it, period. Somehow i get the feeling that things will get better after this

Just tell him you don't swing that way...
If he didn't mean it that way, he'll be so embarrassed that he'll stop. If he did, it's just informative and he'll stop...
Either way, you might not have to kill him

Have you tried telling him you don't like to be touched and it bothers you when he does it even though you know he means well?
It's an OO world.

No because, up to this point, I didn't think it was worth it. He didn't do it very often, and I know he meant well. However after this time I'm going to.

Do your opponents know you don't like to be touched or do you use that as motivation during a bout?
Trying to wrap my head around, "I don't like people touching me. Hey I know! I'll get involved in a sport where I will more than likely get into VERY close contact with other people."
/Please don't hit me

Yeah, seems a bit odd. You make a good point. I can only say 2 things:
1 - I'm allowed to do harm to them if they touch me in the sport.
2 - Training/competing doesn't effect me quite like "casual" touching.

...and you never went for any legal action? Sexual harassment is a crime, unless you like it! -_-

I wouldn't call it harassment. I couldn't consider it that unless I had at least mentioned it to him, and then he kept it up.
I really don't agree with "subtle" harassment people try to pull of just because they are passive/scared. The only thing that would make that different is if it were blatant sexual advances without warrant. Reporting something as a harassment crime is serious business IMO.

I've no moral problem with hand to hand combat. It was pretty natural when I was a kid (i.e. if you mouthed off at recess you got punched).
The problem is that you get to go to jail after these days. People don't generally like to remain friends afterwords either, which is another thing that has changed over the years.

Interesting. Aren't you a boxer? So how do you deal with boxers touching you?
Maybe you need to invite your boss to have a boxing match with you.
