Windows 500 could exist, but doesn't.

Before that, I did not use Windows. The Amiga had a full multitasking Windowed-environment, and the OS fitted in a quarter of a megabyte. Imagine running Windows from memory.

The only fantasy here is the pretense you know anything.

I am amazing. And I said nothing about Windows 9. Just about your failings.

Hi All,
As regulars should know, I am looking at the boot from the company I work for. So that has led me to contact Recruitment Agencies and boy what am eye opener that is. The jobs they advertise are not what they say, use mythical technologies and to be honest to them location is vague (the phrase "South West" can be read as Bristol, Cornwall, or Scotland(!) ) They only seem to care if you have buzz words such as SCRUM, ARM toolchain etc.
There seems to be very little in the understanding of what role entails (for instance I have designed ATE equipment, ATE on CV means I get all sorts of using jobs using rather than designing)
welcome to the real world.
And the only way to get rid of them is to change phone numbers and email address.
They are like this annoying rash that just doesn't want to go away...
No kidding. They probably filter out some keywords and run it through database.
"a couple of pages? TL;DR"
They probably figure that reducing your effort to nearly zero is a valid way to get a good profit/effort ratio.
It's just the designs ATE equipment is read as uses ATE equipment... trying to explain to some not very techie person what you do is hard (they don't seem to understand because you have designed meter reading ATE, its not easy to convert over furnace ATE!)

Sorry didn't really read the Subject line properly as my Mobile was going ringing & I was given another task to do. I meant that they were calling me, with the want to talk for hours about 'stuff' which was hard to talk about.
