Do you really think one person could create so much fail!?
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

I think I can agree with both of those.
I received a new development machine a while back, and I've already neutered a couple parts of the McAfee crap because of its unwillingness to ... attend to my requests not to f*** with me.

Yeah. Unusable client software maybe annoying, but bad low level services really kill a machine. I have McAfee forced on me at the moment by my client and it turns what is a fairly decently specced machine into a 1990s style brick.

I hated working with InstallShield, I always assumed it was because I was working with an outdated copy, but it sounds like it didn't have too many fans huh?
I eventually switched my projects to InnoSetup and never looked back.

I worked for them in '05. Great company and fantastic tech team at that time but I've no idea what it is like now

TomTom Yoda Voice[^]
Now, that'd annoy Herself!

You will have plenty to keep you busy in the car, "Are we there yet?" in stereo (or surround sound if you think of that way). Good luck!

I kinda like the Daffy Duck[^] voice.
I thought "All the Annie" would be interesting but after listening to her for about 10 mins. I'm liable to throw my GPS out the window.

I've just muted the $)(#@*$ entirely a few years back; the red highlight showing which ramp/turn to take has everything I need without the annoying nattering. I think the last time I actually needed the voice feature was when I didn't discover that on glass mounts were illegal in CA until after arrival.

I mostly use my phone nowadays... but I had a weird experience not too long ago. My phone navigation app (google maps) actually changed voice while I was driving. That was a bit odd to say the least. The voice went from an American accent female voice to an English accent female voice then back again after a few minutes. I would have thought I heard the whole thing in my head if it wasn't for my girlfriend sitting in the passenger seat laughing about it.

Two minutes now.
Is this a vacation, or a Death Clock we are talking about?
And if it's the latter, can I have your monitor?

So...I can't have your monitor then?
