Perhaps A Modest Proposal[^] would solve both problems?

Sounds reasonable!

Took me a little while to find it[^].
But it implies that the modest proposal isn't really fully satisfying.
Now excuse me while I'm being a little sick.

Perhaps if a bounty was provided for each feral hog shot, butchered and given to a needy family or facility where it could be used to feed those in need, there may be more people willing to shoot them.
Not sure what the bounty would be, but it's a thought...

If only anyone would allow people to hunt them. . . .
I wanted to while I lived there, could only find people who wanted me to pay them to help eradicate their vermin problems. Seems a bit backward.

No, they're just imaginary.
A complex number whose real part is zero is said to be purely imaginary, whereas a complex number whose imaginary part is zero is a real number.

Um.
Dunno about that: document shredders do a good job, and produce nothing but waste. As does Piers Morgan, come to think about it.
