Certainly a different way of looking at warehousing.

Not the one my wife worked at here in Phoenix last fall -- no robots, all personual labor. She didn't stay long.
You'll never get very far if all you do is follow instructions.

I think this is the way they are going in the future. There are supposed to be 8 warehouses like this around the world close to regional transportation hubs.
I don't have any idea how many warehouses they have in total.

Nor do I, but there are several here. I assume that they won't re-engineer existing warehouses.

I don't know their plans for the future.

I've asked about hints for working from home and a lot of ians have given them.
Thank you all for your hints!

Yes, I've been searching the Internet for a small free program that would allow me to convert my wife's WMA files to MP3 (she has started running and wants to be able to hear music while she's on the go).
she has plenty of folders with lot's of WMA files and I would like to convert all them into MP3.
I've been looking for different programs (most of them want me to install extra bars, other programs, ... others doesn't have the options and the one that I've found that should be able to do it looks like it is not working (or I'm too idiot to use it) which is CDEx. When trying to use it to make the job it is not detecting any file so it becomes impossible to convert anything.
Any advice?
Thank you in advance!

Try Cool Record Edit!
It allows conversion between various file formats and has the batch feature you want..

I think you've missed the FREE part...
|

you could download the cracked version!
if not, you also have the option to try the product for 30 days! That should be enough for you, i guess

No, thank you the cracked version is not a choice.
I don't know if the 30 days demo version could do it, if I can't find anything else for free I will have to rely on that and hope it won't add something to the tracks while on demo.
Thank you for your answers though!

I use Format Factory[^] from time to time (when I remember)
If I forget, then it's Audacity[^] that gets to do the job - because it can do anything with audio that I've every tried...

It works wonderfully well, a pity is not replacing directly the converted file, but it works which is what I wanted!
Thank you OG!

Not sure about the batch conversion, but (IMHO) there's no equal to Audacity[^]. Fast, free and portable!

Neither do I... I've used the OG suggestion and it worked like charm... Thank you Ravi!

Free:ac should do the job! Use it for ripping mainly, but you can add any thing and convert to anything (well most audio formats at least )

Thank you for your suggestion, I've used OG's one because he has been faster, but thank you anyway!
