O boy, now I'm REALLY tempted to try. Luckily enough, I don't care much for duck, so I think I'll have to abstain all the same.
But on a similar note: Here in Sweden, we have a dish called "Flying Jacob" (don't ask me why). It's sort of a chicken caserole dish with banana and peanuts often served with boiled or steamed rice.
I, as a non-native Swede, find it disgusting. The native Swedes seem to like it...

Hey, I was a soldier you know!
I have been in some dodgy situations, sometimes scared, sometimes hopeful, sometimes wishing that the VAT inspection would finish quicker.

The old 'What is 1 + 1?' gag.
What is 1 + 1?
A Mathematician says "2"
A Physicist says "a Value in the range of 0.2 to 20, but still within the expected order of magnitude for the theory"
A Lawyer says "2, here's my bill"
A Plumber says "Well, I think it is going to be about 2, plus labour and I can't start until Tuesday"
A Doctor says "Not entirely sure, but take two aspirin and call me in the morning"
A Liberal Arts Graduate says "er...3? and would you like fries with that?"
A Programmer says "Can't answer that, the variable has not been declared"
A Librarian says "Shhh, and I think you will find it in the non-fiction section"
A Philosopher says "More than the sum of its whole"
AN ACCOUNTANT SAYS "What do you need it to be?"
