I don't know if America has a national baseball team. You asked what my favourite team was and I told you. Now, if you don't know how this team helped overthrow Kim Jong Il, that's hardly my fault.

In all seriousness, it's probably the USA - simply because the default country setting when you sign up is the US, and many people just don't change it.

Perhaps 'The Complete Works of Leslie Nielsen" would work too.

Thereafter a Microsoft has released the MFC Feature Pack in 2008, seems like they left it alone. No books, no detailed publication on that, just abridged MSDN
It makes the use of it a quite difficult, although a lots of applications could benefit from it.
There still a lots of companies who use an MFC where the speed, light weight and high level of customization required. .NET is NOT always a best solution.
Would be good to have some feedback on this from the Microsoft, but it's not likely they read this forum.
So it would be good here, on CodeProject, to consolidate everything related to MFC Feature Pack somewhere under MFC in separate folder. It would be just straight place where C++ programmers interested in modern looking GUI can read, contribute or ask the related questions.

You should perhaps put this in the Bugs and Suggestions forum.

Why would this be better in the codeproject bugs/suggestion forum?
I am fairly certain Chris doesn't want to hear anything regarding the MFC feature pack.

I'm pretty sure Microsoft don't read the CP Bugs'n'sugs forum.
Heck, they don't read their own bugs'n'sugs forum...
