Did the error prevent the project from building?

As I was copying code from MonoDevelop to my solution there were other errors that would prevent building (I hadn't copied a lot of things at the time)
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

I've seen that a number of times. Usually goes away next time you reload the solution.

Meh. I am using code from the core library for services and stuff. I also am using a similar project layout.
And I am using Mono.Addins.
