Talking about chocolate, I went to Switzerland last week, and brought back for about 70€ of chocolate. Including Toblerone (alas no red one) and Caillé.
Yum yum.

I don't believe you managed to get more than one bar then, unless it was two 50g miniatures!

It is indeed expensive, but not _that_ expensive, so I had about 600g of chocolate. Which is still about 120€/kg of chocolate, fairly in the middle price range.

Haven't had Toblerone for years. Sometimes at Christmas we would get given a MASSIVE Toblerone (well it seemed massive to me then), I wonder if you can still get them?

At the Cadbury's Shop at the Clarke's Retail Village in Street, Somerset they have one of those giant Toblerones on display behind the counter. I think it was about £80 but have no idea if that is right or not (as I have a number in my head I think it possibly is).

The one in my link costs 87€, so about right.

If you've ever read about the golf clubs I inherited you'll be happy to read that princess went to visit her friend (the widow) a few days ago. She was given a bag containing six regular Toblerone bars and a box of Thornton's chocolates. She took them to the hospice and she told me they were much appreciated by the staff.
If there is one thing more dangerous than getting between a bear and her cubs it's getting between my wife and her chocolate.

It's not impossible that she sat in the car and stuffed them all in her mouth, something like a squirrel collecting acorns...and lots of them.
After all, it is winter and she needs to pile on the calories to see her through the colder weather.
