You could always try \\xxx.xxx.xxx.194 or http://xxx.xxx.xxx.194 see if its presenting a share or web interface.
I use angry IP scanner to port scan devices see what's showing up. Sometimes it even gets the OS right in the listing.
Common sense is admitting there is cause and effect and that you can exert some control over what you understand.

I saw something that I have never seen before.
The Geminids are not often good viewing here in the UK as this time of year rarely presents clear skies.
However last night was as clear as a bell and having a Dark Sky (I live next to a park so no street lights or houses etc) meant I could really appreciate the views.
Quite a good display generally, but what was surprising was the colour variations.
Distinct Red, Green and Blues were seen, and this is the first time I have witnessed colour variations in meteors within the same shower.
I was glad to get to bed eventually though as it did turn rather cold later on.
For those who didn't see it, unlucky, you will have to wait until the next shower (Quadrantids - Jan 2nd).
The moon was bright, but as the night went on it buggered off westward leaving a much better viewing arena.
Well done Geminids, worth the staying up for.

Just have another beer and it'll all look fine soon.

Beer may not be a good idea.
However I shall accede to your demands and open a cold one then retire to my scratcher and join my wife.

Expedition Strength[^]
She doesn't know it yet but I am going to for the full Handlebar.
Guaranteed to put her in a dowdy mizzle, but the high levels of awesomeness it will generate will be worth the memsahib's chokey ire.
Well, dash me optics, she will think, he's only applied wax to the bacca pipes.
I may even sport a door-knocker, now that will lead to a right collie shangles.
But I am like a tiger when my dander's up,but I shall try my best to let it lie, perhaps powder my hair with some cat lap.
'Tis a dashed awkward thing getting the muzzle fuzz to tip top condition, but a well trimmed lamp between my sauce-box and my parish pick axe should excite the ladies!

You need to go to Victorian London.
The full handlebar is a moustache.
A dowdy mizzle is a an upset state.
Memsahib is Wife
Chokey ire is an anger that makes you speechless.
Dash me optics means I cannot believe my eyes.
Bacca pipes are the ends of a moustache.
Door knocker is a type of beard.
Collie shangles is an argument.
Powder my hair is to drink, and cat lap is a weak beer.
Muzzle fuzz is facial hair.
A lamp is a waxed moustache.
Sauce box and parish pick axe are your mouth and nose.

Google doesn't support Gibberish to English translation yet, so we've to rely on what the OP claims to be the definitions.

This is the guy. We used to have a teacher at primary school who was quite smitten by him I think. She read us stories of his exploits in anaconda infested South America which were pretty much all bs.
