Congratulations and best of luck staying quit.

Indeed great for you. Remember even though you smoke a cigarette anytime down the line doesn't mean you again started it, continue it after that like you didn't smoke.

Stay with it man I know it's hard I smoked most of my teen/adult life and after 45 years of smoking you get out of breath tying your shoes. But I quit about 3-4 years ago and with extensive exercise I've gained some of my lung capacity back and I can do the things I want to do.
The problem with smoking is that you never lose the urge!
Good luck

Best of luck. The SO used to smoke and quit for me, I hated the smell/taste when I kissed her. She had a bit of a lapse recently because her dad passed, but that is understandable given the circumstances.
She would tell you that the craving never goes away and that she plans to have one as soon as I am in the ground. Plus she might have a cigar when we get married.
Her advice is take it a day at a time and have an important reason to quit.

Are there any other habits you think to quit?

I got an e-cigarette thing that you fill with liquid that it nebulises.
Got down to zero nicotine in no time, and with no stress.
Of course, they've been excluded from the US, because they're harmful to Philip Morris' profits.

e-cigs have been around for a while now, and growing in popularity.

Common sense is admitting there is cause and effect and that you can exert some control over what you understand.

I got the same a few months ago. Unfortunately, after using it for nearly 6 months, I went back to smoking a pack a day (which is my usual). I guess I got tired trying different flavors that fits my tastebuds, and I was always seeking that high feeling that vaping was unable to provide. Another problem I'm having with it I think is that as I vape longer, there's this urge to make the PV produce more vapor, which results to more nicotine being inhaled in the lungs. It's good to hear though that vaping worked for you.

A bit similar here. The health department warns people on using e cigarettes because of the assumed harmful chemicals in it. But they're not even doing their research, which makes their claims bollocks. And yeah, at least here, I can assume that the government's actions against e cigarettes can be attributed to the taxes being paid by those tobacco companies.

GOOD FOR YOU!
I quit January 1, 1991, cold turkey from a pack-and-a-half a day habit. It's almost the smartest thing I've ever done.
(the smartest was when I started running a year later)

Just ignore him.

My maths may be wrong but I believe it has 62^15 permutations of user names given its current pattern.
26 characters lower case and upper case(=52), 10 digits and 15 characters.
So we just need to be patient... very patient...

I wonder if there was ever such a dedicated troll that was able to get banned more than 20 times in 24hours until now...

On a ship we would call it mutiny, but the logic behind it is quite simple. Ignoring won't help (reason it is called a troll after all). Doing a hard wipe of any name resembling his name being registered in the next day or so will just not be able to create. Then you just get help from those not in on it to just keep turning the tables (as it seems to be going)
Pete O'Hanlon wrote: He's managed to wind up a large number of regulars with minimal effort. Well they are regulars for a reason, I would not make anything of it. Best to do is to put a block in the system for the next 24H if any message whatsoever gets written/published or what ever with certain keywords in it, just doesn't get publish but instead just cleared as if there is something wrong with the system. Once the rush is passed and the storm has calmed there would be no more wind up regulars
