This bugs me more than it should. In real situation, I could not but put it back in place.

What is cruelist of all is that it's a picture, and OCD people can't reach into the screen and reallign it...

Well it does, but they don't seem to do any harm. The one around the earth stops us from frying in fact.

I think a localized electromagnetic source whose purpose is to transmit energy must be much more harmful than the Earth magnetic field. The mere fact that the earth magnetic field has been existing for ages means the human being has evolved with it as a constraint, and has adapted. This cannot be the case for small micro-waves oven charging iShits.

I think ultraviolet light is a lot more damaging than EMF. And life on Earth has evolved with UV light, but it still causes cancer.
Anyway, the radiation of which you speak is non-ionizing radiation. There is no real proof that it does any harm.
The difficult we do right away...

And (what's left of) the ozone in the upper atmosphere filters the harmful UV - but living in the midst of it is another story.

Saves plugging a fragile connector into an even more fragile socket. Which has got to be good in the long term, considering how difficult it is to repair a modern phone, and the energy cost of manufacture!

English follows other languages down dark alleys, knocks them over and goes through their pockets for loose grammar.

That is an exceptionally good point. The knackered connector is usually one of the things which prompts me to get a new phone!
