Sorry I laughed but what can I say? That was funny.
To err is human. Fortune favors the monsters.

Was this at a McDonalds drive in?

You mean, in keeping with the 5-7-5 Haiku rule:
Sorry about that
I hope it's not McDonald's
You can sue them too.

Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a Ride!" - Hunter S Thompson - RIP

Well, I made it! I started to seriously try solving these in 2018, solving maybe 3 or 4 a year. Then this year something clicked (or broke) and I started solving them more regularly - a couple times a week maybe. So I set a goal to solve one in time to be the setter. I finally made it, and I set the clue for Monday the 28th of March - my birthday!

10/10 for persistence

Blut Aus Nord - That Cannot Be Dreamed[^]
A new single by Blut Aus Nord, released just last week, from their upcoming album.
Blut Aus Nord plays a noisy, atmospheric and psychedelic brand of black metal (they call it avant-garde).
Although Blut Aus Nord calls the black metal scene a bunch of "childish satanic clowns", so maybe I shouldn't call it black metal.
I've known them for years, but especially liked their previous album, Hallucinogen.
Not that I listen to them a lot, it's pretty... uneasy listening.
This new single really convinced me though, it's awesome and really has me looking forward to their new album!

Although I have plenty of examples about church burnings, suicides and murders from that scene, those are the trve and kvlt (and mostly dead or incarcerated) metalheads 🤘
And then there's the people who remain and continue to make music, those are a bunch of posers

Reminded me of a 1950s film score. But those were actually played by orchestras. Vangelis[^]

I didn't hear any resemblance between Vangelis' orchestral work and Blut Aus Nord, so not sure what reminded you of this, but nice piece nonetheless

I didn't hear any resemblance either.

Heavy indeed, especially these recurrent riffs, quite depressing, at least for a while
Lately I found again something nice from Peter Goundry, a full album this time
