I'm not a web programmer, so I just read skimmed the wikipedia article on Kubernetes[^].
Based on my initial impression, Kubernetes For Beginners is kind of like Become a Neurosurgeon in 21 Days!!.
(and yes, I do know what day it is)

This simple but oft neglected bit of maintenance [^] can really get that system moving!

What did you treat? Are you referring to your computer or your lawnmower?

I have seriously wore out the left CTRL key on a keyboard once. It would no longer register its keypresses.

I got one. Pretty nice, overall. The only problem is when I pasted "Ludicrous speed" it gave me "Plaid."

They are saying "at least" six months. They only have six months to measure against so they can't say it will protect any longer - even though it might.

Well, I hope it protects "at least" 1-2 years, that would be nice.
Registering for the vaccination is a real PITA here where I live. I hope that gets better too over time.

That'll get way better if it becomes "every n months" - specific companies will take it over and run it as a business, so efficient throughput will drive bookings to keep costs down (and profits up, natch).
