I had one of those momentary thoughts of horror - nightmarish; like someone stepped on your grave, but more like they take their dog for its "exercise" their on a daily basis. In so many ways, it's impossible for anyone to stomach it, but, here it is:
Please, with the upcoming bunny & eggs festival, do not subject Bob to this. Do not dress him up as a "Peep"[^].
🤮
If not for his sake then surely for ours !

How about dressing Bob in an Easter bonnet?

|

Even dressing him as one of those egg-laying rabbits is preferable to the ignominy of that evil omen to which I was subjected.

Well, I think you should first ask Chris if he's been circumcised, lest there be some sort of misunderstanding.

Why would anyone misunderstand it? May the Fifth is celebrated on CP, but no one thinks that Chris is a Jedi...

do you think sharing your nausea, and images of excrement on graves, is therapeutic for the rest of us ?

Well - maybe - they have fun answering the post, playing around on the thread. Apparently, from the stiff-butt-cheeks together style posts, you could use said therapy more than you realize.

Some people rail against such comments, but the ticket is to conduct yourself carefully and so engineer the reply cleverly.

Does anyone know of a POE hat for the Pi-4 that provides 3 amps instead of just 2.5?

The 802.3af standard only guarantees 12.95w of power available for any devices which is less than 3A at 5V.
I suspect there is a reason POE hats supply 2.5A.
I wouldn't trust one that claims to supply more, unless you find one that supports 802.3at (POE+), in which case your switch also must support that.

Having worked out in the world for 20+ years there is one fact that I think is most certainly true.
narcissists sociopaths and psychopaths exist in far greater numbers than the medical journals would lead us to believe.
I happen to sort of run into one at another company yesterday. Not my new employer and it got me to thinking.
Thoughts?

I don't either. But apparently the statistics which I just misremembered/quoted/made up. are that less than 5% of the population is in this category. I think it is more like 15+%

Maybe it depends on the extent of the psychosis, so it's in the eye of the beholder. I'd put practically every politician into those categories, but I know many would make exceptions for those they see as lesser evils.

You should do a study and confirm it.
But even then, perhaps it's just that your line of work has a higher rate of them.
