Rondò Veneziano - Zodiaco[^]
This is an old favorite of mine.
In last week's SOTW, I mentioned that it reminded me of Rondò Veneziano and so I got this stuck in my head.
Rondò Veneziano is an Italian chamber orchestra, basically playing modern baroque music.
They play music like Vivaldi, Mozart and Beethoven, but with rock music rhythms and synths.
Apparently, they're still active, but haven't released anything since 2010.
This song's particularly upbeat, which always makes me happy.
I used to listen to this one when doing my newspaper round at 05:00 in the morning, so it makes me a bit sleepy as well

A friend of mine is in a SOAD cover band and when they still performed, they played Toxicity in its entirety.
I must confess I like this version better.
Even better when Serj shuts the up
Seen them live when I was 16 or so, but I never was a fan.
Such a shame Pokemon will forever be ruined in my mind, but it was worth it
Speaking of which, Psychic Type - Pocket Monsters - YouTube[^]

Today I learned that YouTube's algos are pretty good. They never recommended SOAD to me, and after listening to that song, even with 500+ million fawningly positive views (for the most part), I am glad it wasn't recommended. But the Trampsta cover is awesome! (The video is beyond awesome.)

Epic games is giving away Sunless Sea[^] until either 3rd April or 4th March: 3/4/2021 could be either, but I'm guessing March despite my PC being set to a more sensible date format ...
I have no idea what it's like, but the tagline appears to be "Lose your mind. Eat your crew. Die." which is ... um ... different ...

Free through March, 4th... they are usually free a week, so April would be too long.
EDIT: Confirmed (visiting the site with german settings)

Except during the year end period, when they were giving away a game a day.

Which brings to mind, in those songs referring to the "Bounding Mian" - are they just looking for a Chinese noodle dish?
