I've been chased all around the place by the mother of the Hereford calf pictured but if you give them their space and do not have a dog you'll be OK.
They absolutely hate small dogs though - no idea why.

Once again, @OriginalGriff is using the Lounge as an outlet for his shopping of commentary upon his "Blue-Light Special[^]"* posts, of which we obligingly register a cart-full of 'em, all the while discounting ourselves as we sell our pride from the lowest digital shelf.
*A national department store here in America, K-Mart, would hold "blue-light special" sales by bringing a cart around that had a blue-light (not unlike on a police car) on a tall pole; they'd turn on the light and then announce the "blue light special" over the store speaker. Per the link above, looks like they're bringing it back; not that it'll help 'em much...

After reading this report[^] earlier in the week about the best countries to live in I decided to move to Iceland, which came second, didn't want to seem pretentious by going for the first.
I've spent the rest of the week searching for jobs, but they only seem to want people to work on tills, stack shelves, or a few van drivers.

Why is the USA in this list?
As far as I know (at least the Netherlands and the Scandinavian countries) all get free or very cheap schooling, are insured for just about any calamity, have low crime rates, get quite a bit of free days a year, and then some.
Of course I can't speak for Americans, but I had expected it a little lower on the list.
This list[^] about happiness shows another image of the world
Regarding your choice, I've been to Iceland and to Norway.
Both beautiful countries, but I'd be pretentious and go to Norway!

Yeah, the USA made most people go 'what?' I think.
Most of the top ten seem to be colder countries.
I'll be honest, I just made the post for the joke, realising it would only make sense to those in the UK, see my reply to the post above this.

[Message updated, sensitized]
Weeks back, The highly respectable general manager of a company, who also happens to be my neighbour, started to look like a Jackass^ with his months old VW Jetta.
Seriously, Got an inevitable tendency to look low on people owning VW.*
Any VW owners here?
--Update--
I think I've raked the hearts of VM owners with the crude message above.
Please apologize if it did so.
I think I shouldn't have conveyed that as a joke. But put it as a plain fact, that I felt is happening. When I look at someone who can esaily afford to change his car for an eco-friendly one and not doing it, I felt there's some tilt (in me) towards the -ve end for his personality. As much as I feel the tilt towards the +ve end, for the owners who drive electric vehicles. Of course , by no means, the owners of VW have done a mistake here, it falls 100% on the maker. It's just a tendency , [I Don't get the better words to explain this].
So VieWers, please take it light!

lol, helpless owners. Ended up looking losers/evil.
Losers - The one that bought the car and now scrambling to replace it with other Eco friendly , Honest maker.
Evil ones - The ones that bought the car and has no plans to change it any time soon.
Inevitably they are put in one of these categories.
