He was one of my all-time favorite comedians. The work he did on the Carol Burnet Show[^] was absolutely fantastic. Any time he was teamed up with Harvey Korman it was hilarious.
So many funny skits. He was one of the great ones.

Indeed. I saw an interview once with Carol. She said working with Tim was great fun, but filming the sketches got to be a problem. He would ad-lib something and the sketch would go over time. Finally they broke down and would film two versions of sketches with him: one straight, and a second where he could cut loose at will. More often than not, they went with the second one.

for me it is more times than I care to admit. However I always learn alot when trying things like this. Just because you can do something programmatically. it does NOT mean you should.
Today's minor (very minor) fiasco taught me something about a certain software package from Microsoft. It really shouldn't work that way but it does.
Oh well backups!
