Does Visual Studio allow you to setup solution-specific code templates so that new projects created within the solution automatically include solution projects, or class files include using statements for solution-specific namespaces?

I guess I'm a double standard person as well!
I tried setting up a project template that creates multiple projects and included a bunch of references, I could set them up singularly but could not chain them together, it can be done the silverlight application does this, I just could not get it to work. I also wanted to include a bunch of files in the template but lost interest before achieving that.
