The track you will choose will depend on your interest. If you prefer frontend brush up your skill in html/css then to JavaScript and later on you move it to Php. However, if you prefer data science, the go for python but try to know a lit bit of html.

No, in that case you can forget about optimizing - you must select an entirely different algorithm to solve your problem. If that doesn't exist, then the problem is not solvable (except in theory).
Heuristics may sometimes be available to find a "good enough" solution, though.

I was being lazy and thinking of a brute force approach but I think I can cluster the variables and probably reduce the set of values I need to model fairly significantly.
I'm hoping to get it down to a lower multiple of the age of the universe.

I might be relocating to Netherlands in few months so reaching out for some help. Do you know any site from where I can look for a 1 or 2 bedroom fully furnished house with all basic needs like electricity, water, internet included in rent? On some sites I see rent mentioned as EUR 1000 (ex.). What does ex. denote?
