Another ridiculous article, that's so badly compiled and written that it's a joke.
E.g. i starts out asking if women are better than men at doing docs, then immediately, without even trying to answer the question, goes goes off on a "and this is why men are worse at it" tack.
No research, no numbers, no nothing; just stupid opinion, written either by a woman, or by a man desperate to get into a woman's knickers.
Here's a fact for you:
Some People are better at writing documentation than other people are.
Personally, all but one of the female tech writers I've known have been utter cr@p at it (whereas all but about ten male ones are).
Oh, and I really am sick to death of the old Oprah Winfrey "women multi-task" cr@p.
The kind of multitasking that women suffer from doesn't mean that they can do two things at once, it means that they're not as in control of their thoughts as men are, because hormone fluctuations are activating areas of the brain that they don't actually need for the one task they're trying to do.
I.e. it's more like a disease that can cause them to lose focus.
Fact time, again:
Some People can handle multiple tasks at once better than others, but that's only because they task-switch better. Nobody multi-tasks (autonomous activities notwithstanding).

I am fed up of illogical singular and plural sets such as: one=sheep, many=sheep. Logically it should be: one=shoop, many=sheep, just like one=goose, many=geese.
Here are some other suggestions based on existing plurals; new words are underlined; feel free to add your own:
