To be honest, with only 3 words , it is very difficult to solve.

Was going to agree, but then I remembered my thinking from Friday evening when I came up with the clue... actually, 'we see' = 'eyeball' fits if you think of the slightly slang term for seeing something, when you are said to have 'eyeballed' it
But, I take your point....Remember, this was my first go at a CCC
