For Christmas I got a new case for my desktop, but I have a small problem: the front ports are all USB 3.0 (despite the listed specs of 2x USB 2.0 and 1x USB 3.0), but my motherboard doesn't support it. Not a big deal, because there are PCI cards that support USB 3.0...except I can't find one with 2 internal 19-pin headers (which I need to use all three ports). I've checked all my usual places, and if they're out there they aren't easy to find.
I could of course get 2 PCI cards (I have the space now, and they aren't that expensive), or only attach two of the ports, but ideally I would like to be able to do all three with just one card. Or the really weird set up of one header to a card, and the second converted to a USB plug and run out the tubing holes in back and plugged into an external port of the card. So if anyone happens to know of a PCI card fitting that description, I'd love to know where I can get one...

And you cant get the company to sort that out?
Seems to me you are solving the wrong problem.

Either way I need a PCI card to support the USB 3.0, do why would I want lesser specs? In this case I just need a converter with 2 ports instead of 1...

Didn't realize that was an option. That's a definite possibility.
