The Lounge - CodeProject

Is now my installer generator of choice. I am not sure what it CAN'T do! One guy I know made a full blown Windows application with it! I like the power it has, and I love how easy the scripts are to read. WiX files are nearly impossible to read quickly, and very hard to read slowly.

I am using the Unicode fork of it, BTW.

Which is a Visual Studio plugin that can be used with NSIS and Inno.

That plugin is very buggy, and doesn't work unless you buy the Graphical Installer thing to go with it. So basically you have to pay for something labeled 'Free'.

Had too Google for it but seems like a cool powerfull tool.
Do you know any way to make the GUI more modern-looking?

The built-in Modern UI 2 system. You have to download and install the latest release from here[^] to view the docs, or just download and install the portable version[^] (Use the download button on the left for Unicode).
