He did a very short lived black sitcom called "If You See God, Tell Him[^]" with Ade Edmonson as his nephew.
The plot device was that he had lost his attention span when hit by a load of bricks falling from a building. I thought it was absolutely hilarious, but the BBC responded do complaints about poor taste by taking it off air and never repeating it
