This is the same guy who, although he had a license to legally hunt bear, shot a bear outside of the acceptable area, moved the body into that area which was allowed and then lied about it. And also the guy who sexually harasses his staff and then fires them if they report it.
Disregard for laws and all around scumbag. Treats animals and humans with utter contempt. He knew what he was doing.

Just realized, Windows (obviously) now the screen resolution.
If we told it the screen diagonal (as in: 24", 21.5", 26") it can calculate the best WYSIWIG screen DPI!
Why do I have to select it myself as a percentage?
Anyhow as I realized that I calculate it and selected on my screen! Woopah! 
For the record, if RESx and RESy is the horizontal and vertical resolution respectively and Sd is the screen diagonal in inches, and 96 is the base Windows DPI then the value to select for text size is
SQRT( RESx^2 + RESy^2 ) / Sd / 96
Multiple that by 100 to get a percentage.. (as the UI ask to select a percentage)
Is the custom text size to select for WYSIWIG rendering on the screen!

Resizing is wasting screen real-estate IMO.
That's why my 4K monitor is 40" across.

In that case you are the one currently wasting space!!!
If you are using 2500x1440 resolution on a 40" screen, you should scale your dpi to 75% (i.e. smaller font = more text on screen)

The other reason I don't resize is that rescaling anything tends to look like crap.
Besides--I'm not sure why you brought up 2500x1440, 4K is 3820x2160.

Just mentioned my own screen resolution!
That would be 114% then. I used 115% on my Windows 10 pc and most app are fine so far, I did noticed some bluriness on only 1 so far!

800x600, a really powerful wireless mouse and you can move down the block and still work on the desktop
