What does a "Legal expenses insurance" really helps?
Assume, two parties have an incident, both are insured with the same insurance Company. How does a "insurance Company" now handle this ....?

Well, afaik a "Rechtsschutzversicherung" pays for (some of) the expenses you have if there is some kind of legal issue and you need a lawyer. At least that's what we were told by our insurance guygal ...
