QA looks good now, but the Design and Architecture forum still needs a hazmat suit to vist.

I think I have proven already that the AI does not learn. After flagging 600 messages, it still doesn't see the rest of the similar posts in the same forum as spam.

I think the learning has been doing well for this last year ... clearly it was not switched on today!
And AFAIK it's never been applied retrospectively ... the filter is supposed to push the messages into a moderation queue before they appear in the forums not remove them afterwards. Then @sean-ewington and/or @chris-maunder don their waders and shovel away the s...t

The messages are showing up in blocks with the same (to the second) timestamp - which is unlikely with humans.

Is the posting coming from the same IP each time?
In Word you can only store 2 bytes. That is why I use Writer.

Only the staff could tell, but IP bans generally don't work: it's too easy to get a new IP, and it's shared by all users of the point of connection (router or whatever) anyway.

I can think of a few automatable filters, maybe they dont apply here: New members posting immediately will be quarantined, pending human moderation. Same member posting rapidly in several threads (Yeah I know never happens in the Lounge). If they post something like a phone number: quarantine. Stuff like that.
