There was a tannoy system at one of my first jobs, and every now and then this incredibly silky, sexy voice would announce that there was a visitor or call for someone. It really was the kind of voice that sent shivers up a young lad's spine.

Sure! The ISP is SuddenLink, and I have no idea what their area of coverage might be. It's my impression that they are quite large, but our service area is quite small, and apparently deserving of low level service. That impression does not properly express my experience with the company. I've had excellent service, despite my remote location. They continue to do well for me, and I will continue to recommend their excellent services.

My ISP is increasing the speed without even notifying me. Originally subscribed for a 25 Mbps. Since then it increased twice (first to 30Mbps and now to 35Mbps)  This without any subscription fee changes or the like
